Comune di Capannori and Progetto Policoro Lucca have presented the Gig Economy project to a class of young volunteers of civil service from all over Tuscany.
On Friday the 22nd, more than a hundred people gathered for the first online learning meeting in which we talked about the future of job in the world.
During the meeting, Manuele Ulivieri, occupational psychologist and one of the founders of “Laborplay”, along with the auditors introduced the project by laying down different points of view and conflicting thoughts. We have discussed about “Future” and “Job”,focusing on the feelings and the soft skills.
The second part of the event was dedicated to the introduction of the Erasmus+ project “Entering the Gig economy”, managed by the Comune di Capannori and Progetto Policoro Lucca.
In addition to the presentation of the objectives and the activities, the event also witnessed the participation of Francesco Nutini, a gigger, working as a freelance computer scientist as well as an actor in theater plays, who shared his own gig experience to the group. This created a discussion about the difference between employee and gigger.
It was a very inspiring event which helped lay the groundwork for the collaboration between Entering the Gig Economy Italy and Anci Toscana whose goal is to extend the project to a regional level.
